Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the form of a credit and may be applied to future Park services through December 31st of the year following the date of issue. The $10 reservation fee is non-refundable.

• Shelter fees - 100% credit, minus $10 reservation fee, when cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to occupancy. No credit will be given if cancellation is within 30 days of event date.
• Camping fees - 100% credit, minus $10 reservation fee, when cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations made within 9 days of occupancy will forfeit fees for 2 nights of camping

To request a credit, please call 608-224-3730. Requests may also be made in writing and mailed to Dane County Parks, 1 Fen Oak Ct, #208, Madison WI 53718, or emailed to dane-parks@countyofdane.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, dates of reservation, and park name.
